Description
Artaway is pleased to present the virtual visit of the exhibition “Impenetrable” realized by Video Sound Art Festival at the historical swimming pool Cozzi in Milan.
Inaugurated on 3 May 1934 with a glass vaulted roof that can be opened, the Cozzi Olympic swimming pool, capable of accommodating up to 4000 spectators, stands out as one of the city’s most important modern social monuments.
The exhibition dedicated to the artist Giulio Frigo, one of the most promising and interesting young artists on the Italian scene to date, has coexisted with sports activities.
The visit retraces the exhibition itinerary starting with the ancient mosaic bathroom of the 1930s, reopened to the public on the occasion of the exhibition and then continuing in the large grandstand overlooking the indoor pool.
