Pick a tour of Venice

The floating city of Venice and its lagoon are a UNESCO World Heritage site.

It used to be an independent republic and remains one of Italy's most famous cities. It is one of the most extraordinary cities in the world and was built on 118 islands in the middle of the Venetian Lagoon at the head of the Adriatic Sea in Northern Italy. It is crossed by the main waterway, the Grand Canal, and features a network of 158 smaller canals called Rii. The historical part of the city is only accessible on foot or by boat. The heart is St. Mark's Square, where you can find both the Doge's Palace and the splendid St. Mark's Basilica.
